Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping but contact us immediately if something in your order is damaged or incorrect and we will do our very best to make it right.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is only available for North Vancouver residents.
Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or email to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in North Vancouver. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up address and instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours vary daily, please let us know what day you would like to come by replying to the order confirmation email and we will do our best to fulfil those requests. We do contact-less pickup, so please text us at 778-513-1474 the day and time you wish to come, we will confirm, then text us to let us know when you are on your way on the confirmed pickup date and we will place your order outside in a pickup box, text us again confirming you have picked up your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States.
Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Meliora Candle Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopmelioraco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
MELIORA CANDLE COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF IT GETS LOST IN THE MAIL, PLEASE PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE WHEN PURCHASING IN THE UNITED STATES!
